Some remote or restricted regions may incur additional charges or longer delivery times — we will notify you before processing your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and prepare your order for dispatch within 6 business days.
Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT).
All orders received will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Transit Times
Transit time begins only after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery speed depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout (Standard or Express).

Shipping Partners & Tracking
We work with a combination of trusted global shipping partners to ensure the best available delivery timelines and reliability for each destination.
The shipping partner assigned to your order will depend on your location and the nature of the items purchased.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All items purchased from us are tax and duty inclusive.
However, in some regions, customs clearance procedures may vary, and you might be contacted by our shipping partners.

Delivery Restrictions & Exceptions
We currently do not deliver to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Certain postal codes (restricted by our shipping partners)
Restricted postal codes may change periodically based on shipping partner limitations.
If your address falls under a restricted location, our Customer Care team will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative solution or a full refund.
For this reason, we recommend providing a physical street address for successful delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Items approved for return must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
