If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return by following the simple steps below.
Returns & Refunds Process
Step 1:
Submit the Return Form
Complete and submit our online Return Form within 7 days of your delivery date.
Please do not ship any items before your request is reviewed and approved.
Step 2:
Approval and Return Instructions
Our Customer Care team will review your request within 5 working days.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions by email.
Step 3:
Pack and Send Your Return
Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, with all tags, boxes, dust bags, and accessories included, and place the completed Return Form inside the parcel.
Drop off the parcel at one of our designated domestic drop-off points.
You’re responsible only for any local courier or drop-off service fees, if applicable.
We’ll cover the shipping cost from the domestic drop-off point to our international returns hub, so your return shipping is free of charge beyond that point.
Note: Your return will be considered received and processed only after it reaches our international returns hub, where it will be inspected and approved.
Step 4:
Inspection and Refund
When your return arrives at our international returns hub, our quality team will inspect it to confirm:
- The item matches the approved return reason (damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- The original tags are attached and the item remains unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All packaging and accessories are intact.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds include the price of the returned item(s) only.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return Window
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please follow these timelines:
- Notify us within 7 days of your delivery date by submitting the online Return Form.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your delivery date once your request has been approved.
Requests or shipments made after these timeframes may not be accepted.
Before You Submit a Return
To help us process your return quickly and fairly, please:
- Take clear close-up photos or a short video while unboxing your order to show the item’s condition upon arrival.
- Ensure the original tags remain fully attached (not cut off or removed).
- Keep all packaging, boxes, dust bags, and accessories intact.
Submit one return request per order — multiple requests for different items from the same order are not accepted.
Return Conditions
To make sure your return goes smoothly:
- Submit your Return Form within 7 days and send your return within 14 days from your delivery date.
- Include the completed Return Form inside your parcel.
- Return item(s) in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or alteration.
- Ship the return from the same country where the order was delivered.
- You may submit one return request per order, covering all affected item(s). Separate return requests for the same order at different times will not be accepted.
- Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) may not be processed or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made, personalized, or monogrammed products
- Intimate items, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Fragile home goods (e.g. candles, or diffusers)
Fraudulent or Abusive Behaviour
We take fraudulent or abusive return activity seriously.
If we find evidence of misuse, manipulation of our returns process, or false claims, we reserve the right to:
- Reject current or future return requests,
- Withhold refunds, and
- Pursue legal action or report the matter to relevant authorities.
Any attempt to commit return fraud, claim abuse, or falsify evidence (including fake unboxing content or altered items) will be treated as a breach of our policy and applicable law.
